REGULAR AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by John Paulson and seconded by Dana Fisher to approve the Regular Agenda. West Ave. Legal Description: Lots 1, 2, & 3 and the S1/2 of vacated W. 6th St. (Except Lot H1), Block 1, West Park Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve Item 5A. Petition: CU-017981-2023: Conditional Use Permit for an On-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Establishment located within 500’ of a sensitive land use located at 100 S. Grange Ave. Legal Description: The W. 50’ of lot 16 and All of Lots 17 and 18, Block 40, Pettigrew’s Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve Item 5B, with the following condition: 1. For this applicant only.  A motion was made by John Paulson and seconded by Sean Ervin to amend by setting 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the hours of operation. Voice vote to amend. 3 Yes: Sean Ervin, Dana Fisher, John Paulson; 4 No: Kurt Johnson, Larry Luetke, Bradyn Neises, Aaron Norman. Motion Failed.
