Motion Passed. C. Petition: REZ-018707-2023: Rezoning from the RA-2 Residential - Apartments Moderate Density District to the S-1 General Institutional District located at 417 S. Summit Ave. Legal Description: Lot 3, Block 10, Grigsby's Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Bradyn Neises to approve Item 5C. Voice vote to approve. 5 Yes: Dana Fisher, Mike Gray, Kurt Johnson, Erica Mullaly, Bradyn Neises; 1 No: John Paulson. Motion Passed. E. Petition: REZ-018712-2023: Rezoning from the O Office District to the I-1 Light Industrial District located south of W. Delbridge Ave. and east of N. Marion Rd. Legal Description: West 200' (Except East 5’ and South 420') and SW1/4NW1/4 (Except West 200' & East 363' North 558' South 420' and Lot H3) of Legacy North Farm Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Mike Gray and seconded by Dana Fisher to approve Item 5E with the following conditions: A Level D buffer yard consisting of a 45-foot setback with a 6-foot-high berm and 50 units of landscaping per 100 lineal feet shall be required along the frontage of Marion Road. Bradyn Neises recused himself from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. 6.
