CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
Commissioners Present: Dana Fisher, Mike Gray, Kurt Johnson, Janet Kittams,
Erica Mullaly, Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg
Commissioners Absent: Bradyn Neises, John Paulson

A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Kurt Johnson to approve the
Consent Agenda.

Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed.

A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve the
Regular Agenda.

Mike Zitterich spoke about the need to add a Governing Body chapter to the Shape
Sioux Falls 2040 Plan.
Eric Witt spoke about his concerns, to his property, regarding the rezone request for
500 S. Van Eps Ave.

A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Dana Fisher to adjourn at 6:12
p.m.
