CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM
Commissioners Present: Dana Fisher, Kurt Johnson, Janet Kittams, Erica Mullaly,
Bradyn Neises, Aaron Norman, John Paulson
Commissioners Absent: Mike Gray, Erik Nyberg

A motion was made by Dana Fisher and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve Item
5A.

Kittams, Erica Mullaly, Aaron Norman, John Paulson. Motion Failed.
