Petition: SUB-P-019472-2024: Preliminary Subdivision Plan for SouthLoop 2nd Addition located south of E. Prairie Wind St. and east of S. Badlands Ave. Legal Description: The remainder of the W1/2NE1/4 Section 18-T100N-R49W (Except Leubecher 2nd Addition & Lot H-1), City of Sioux Falls, Lincoln County, SD A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve Item 5C. Voice vote to approve. 5 Yes: Mike Gray, Kurt Johnson, Janet Kittams, Aaron Norman, Erik Nyberg; 1 No: John Paulson. Motion Passed. 6.
