Petition: CU-020077-2024: Conditional Use Permit for an on-sale alcoholic beverage establishment within 500 feet of a sensitive use located at 921 E. 8th St. Legal Description: The E 19 ¾' of the W 20' of Lot 6, Block 2, Paulton's Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD 3. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Dana Fisher and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve the Consent Agenda.
