Petition: REZ-020731-2025: Rezoning from the RD-1 Twin Home/Duplex Residential—Suburban, RD-2 Townhome Residential—Suburban, RA-2 Apartment Residential—Moderate Density, RA-3 Apartment Residential—High Density Districts to the RA-1 Apartment Residential—Low Density District located north of E. 26th St. and west of S. Petition: CU-020762-2025: Conditional Use Permit to allow an off-premises sign larger than 288 sq. ft. located at 4301 W. 12th St. Legal Description: Lot 4, Block 1, The Crossroads Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Bradyn Neises and seconded by Dana Fisher to approve with conditions Item 2B with 1. a maximum area of 450 sq. ft. and 2. orient the off-premises sign as provided in the attached site plan. Voice vote to approve with conditions. 5 Yes: Dana Fisher, Mike Gray, Bradyn Neises, John Paulson, Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed.  3. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Mike Gray and seconded by Bradyn Neises to approve the Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Bradyn Neises and seconded by Mike Gray to amend by moving Item 2B to the Regular Agenda. Voice vote to amend. 5 Yes: Dana Fisher, Mike Gray, Bradyn Neises, John Paulson, Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. REGULAR AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by John Paulson and seconded by Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen to approve the Regular Agenda.
