CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

A motion was made by Janet Kittams and seconded by Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen to
approve Item 2D.
Voice vote to approve. 3 Yes: Janet Kittams, Erica Mullaly, Dave Van
Nieuwenhuyzen; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Mike Gray recused him/herself from
the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028.
Commissioner Mike Gray left the meeting after his recusal.
