MINUTES Planning Commission Meeting Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104 CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM CONSENT AGENDA 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Planning Commission Briefing on September 2, 2025. B. Planning Commission Meeting on September 3, 2025. 2. CONSENT AGENDA PETITIONS A. Petition: CU-021723-2025: Conditional Use Permit for an on-sale alcoholic beverage establishment within 500’ of a sensitive use located at 5701 E. 41st St. Legal Description: Lot 2, Block 1, Prairie Crossroads Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD B. Petition: CU-021764-2025: Conditional Use Permit for off-site accessory parking within 250’ of DD or AD forms located at 3209 S. Summit Ave. Legal Description: Lot 8, Block 4, South Sioux Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD C. Petition: CU-021773-2025: Conditional Use Permit for an on-sale alcoholic beverage establishment within 500’ of a sensitive use located at 5000 N. REGULAR AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen to approve the Regular Agenda. For this applicant only. 2. Conditional Use Permit expires on November 12th, 2025.
