Mayor Paul TenHaken began the address at 1 p.m. and introduced all eight Council Members.
Present: Council Member Janet Brekke, Council Member Christine M. Erickson,
Council Member Alex Jensen, Council Member Rick Kiley, Council Member Greg
Neitzert, Council Member Marshall Selberg, Council Member Curt Soehl, Council
Member Pat Starr, Mayor Paul TenHaken
