The Mayor welcomed attendees to the Address, and an Invocation was provided by
Rabbi Mendel Alperowitz. The Mayor delivered the State of the City Address. Siyanne
Redda, Mayor's Youth Council, gave a conclusion. The Mayor gave closing remarks,
and the address was concluded at 9:18 a.m.
