Applicant: Steven Berghorst Address: 2833 E. Old Orchard Trail A motion was made by Jacqueline Cole and seconded by Ryan Rients to approve variances in 1) the minimum required lot density from 1 acre to .96 acres and; 2) a variance in the required lot frontage from 125 feet to 97 feet for an addition in the DD1 form.
