Chairperson Michael Jones called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-011457-2019: Variance in the required side yard setback from 5’ to 0’ for an existing detached garage. Applicant: Keith Neuharth Address: 1018 S. 4th Ave. A motion was made by Graham Oey and seconded by Craig Markhardt to approve a variance in the required side yard setback from 5’ to 0’ for an existing detached garage. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Craig Markhardt, Graham Oey, Jacqueline Cole, Josh Muckenhirn, Michael Jones, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variance Approved. Chairperson Michael Jones called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. A motion was made by Jacqueline Cole and seconded by Michael Jones to nominate Craig Markhardt as Vice-Chairperson of the Board. Chairperson Michael Jones called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, Chairperson Michael Jones declared the meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m. 2
