NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-014326-2021: Variance in the RE4 buffer yard requirement from Level D to Level B.  A motion was made by Michael Jones, seconded by Billy Pollema to approve a variance in the RE4 buffer yard requirement from Level D to Level B. Roll call vote to approve a variance. Yes: Jacqueline Cole, Michael Jones, Josh Muckenhirn, Graham Oey, Billy Pollema, 5; No: (None), 0. Motion Passed.
