UNFINISHED BUSINESS Case BOA-017264-2022 Variance (1) in both required side yard setbacks from 5’ to 2’ and (2) in the required rear yard setback from 10’ to 8’. Applicant(s): Lynne Keller Forbes (South Eastern Development Foundation) Address: 704 W. 28th St.  A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by Chris Heidrich to approve a variance (1) in both required side yard setbacks from 5’ to 2’ and (2) in the required rear yard setback from 10’ to 8’. A motion to amend was made by David Locke to approve a variance (1) in both required side yard setbacks from 5’ to 2’ and deny variance request (2) in the required rear yard setback from 10’ to 8’. Motion died for lack of a second. Roll call vote for the main motion to approve a variance (1) in both required side yard setbacks from 5’ to 2’ and (2) in the required rear yard setback from 10’ to 8’. Grange Dr. and (2) in the required front yard setback from 25' to 22.5' along W. 51st St. to allow for an 8' tall chain- link fence with slats. Applicant(s): Curtis Wickersham (J.H. Larson Company) Address: 1201 W. 51st St. A motion was made by Richard Thomason, seconded by David Locke to approve a variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 25' to 15' along S. Grange Dr. and (2) in the required front yard setback from 25' to 22.5' along W. 51st St. to allow for an 8' tall chain-link fence with slats. Roll call vote to approve a variance.
