5 Agenda Item No. 1. The March 11th, 2026 meeting of the Marina Committee was called to order
6 by White at 4:01 P.M.

15 Agenda Item No. 2. Approval of the Agenda

17 A motion was made by Grant, seconded by Duffy that the Agenda for the March 11th, 2026 meeting of the
18 Marina Committee be approved as presented. Motion carried – All ayes.

20 Agenda item No. 3. Approval of the Minutes

22 A motion was made by White, seconded by Grant that the minutes of the February 10th, 2026 Special
23 Joint Meeting of the Marina and Finance Committees be approved by the committee. Motion carried – All
24 ayes.

26 A motion was made by Champeau, seconded by Grant that the minutes of the February 10th, 2026
27 Meeting of the Marina Committee be approved by the committee. Motion carried – All ayes.

29 Agenda Item No. 4. Comments, correspondence, and concerns from the public

31 No correspondence was received for this meeting. White asked if anyone would like to make a
32 public comment, and no one responded.

34 Agenda Item No. 5. Discussion/Action Items

36 a.) Commercial Contract – Change of Ownership

38 Lienau spoke to the marina’s history working with commercial slip-holders, Eric Lundquist &
39 Thor Johnson. Lundquist & Johnson summarized their intentions for the change in ownership.

41 A motion was made by Champeau, seconded by Grant to approve a transfer in ownership of the Sister
42 Bay Boat Tours commercial contract from Eric Lundquist to Thor Johnson. Motion carried – All ayes.

44 b.) Boathouse Project

46 Andrews updated the committee noting that the village board approved the proposed payment
47 section of the operational agreement which is now being evaluated by the Historical Society for
48 signing. Laurie Zelnio spoke with an update from the Historical Society.

2 c.) Boardwalk Renovation

4 Lienau updated the committee on the current progress of the boardwalk rehabilitation project
5 noting that the top of the boardwalk is completely removed, and several parts of its underlying
6 structure are being replaced before the Ipe wood arrives. Lienau added that the water
7 connection from the main marina building has been made under the boardwalk to D & J Docks
8 to alleviate the marina of the cost of a second sewer connection.

10 d.) New Building Update

12 Andrews updated the committee noting that the soil borings have been completed to ensure the
13 current site is suitable for the proposed building. Following this, the architects will be able to
14 finalize construction documents. Lienau followed noting that the committee’s comments have
15 been provided to the architects for the next iteration of the building design.

17 e.) Review of Financials

19 Lienau highlighted that the year-to-date revenue is at about $536,000 noting that 75% of the
20 seasonal revenue is collected and that the marina is ahead of schedule for transient revenue.

22 f.) Assistant Manager’s AMM Certification
23
24 Jordan spoke to his experience at the Advanced Marina Management course he recently
25 attended in Charleston, SC. This course is the final part of multi-year curriculum that allows
26 him to become a Certified Marina Operator.

28 Agenda Item No.6. Matters to be placed on a future agenda or referred to a committee,

31 It was the consensus of the committee that that following items be included on a future committee
32 meeting agenda:

36 Next marina committee meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday April 8th, 2026, at 4:00PM via
37 Zoom only.

39 Adjournment: A motion was made by Grant, seconded by Champeau to adjourn the March 11th, 2026
40 meeting of the Marina Committee at 4:32 P.M. Motion carried – All ayes.
