CANCELLED PLAN COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sister Bay Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM for purposes of considering a conditional use permit. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain comments and input from the public on the proposed zoning permit application from Jonathan Leeb of Terra Consulting Group, representing Verizon Wireless, regarding a class 2 collocation and other improvements at an existing mobile service tower facility located at 2530 S Bay Shore Drive. The public hearing will be held at the Sister Bay Liberty Grove Fire Station located at 2258 Mill Rd., Sister Bay. In addition to testimony presented at the hearing, written correspondence will also be accepted until 4:00 PM, February 26, 2026. All correspondence submitted by the deadlines will be entered into the record and forwarded to the Plan Commission, but late submissions or anonymous correspondence will be disregarded.
