5 Agenda Item No. 1. The April 3, 2025 meeting of the Sister Bay Village Board of Trustees was called to
6 order by President Nate Bell at 2:00 P.M.

8 Agenda Item No. 2. Roll Call
9 Present: President Bell and trustees Denise Bhirdo, Louise Howson, Kurt Harff, Patrice Champeau and
10 Lilly Orozco. Alison Werner was excused.

16 Agenda Item No. 3. Approval of the Agenda
17 A motion was made by Howson seconded by Harff that the Agenda for the April 3, 2025 meeting of the
18 Village Board of Trustees be approved as presented. Motion carried – All ayes.

20 Agenda Item No. 4. Executive Session
21 a) Consider a motion to convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats., §19.85(1)(g) for the
22 purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written
23 advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely
24 to become involved; employment matters.

26 At 2:01 P.M., a motion was made by Bell, seconded by Howson to convene into Closed Session pursuant to
27 Wis. Stats., §19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who
28 is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the board with respect to litigation
29 in which it is or is likely to become involved; employment matters.

31 A roll call vote was taken on the motion, and the members voted in the following fashion:

33 Bhirdo – aye; Champeau – aye; Harff – aye; Howson – aye; Orozco – aye; Bell – aye

41 A motion was made by Orozco, seconded by Champeau to adjourn the April 3, 2025 meeting of the Village
42 Board of Trustees from Executive Session at 3:18 P.M. Motion carried – all ayes.

meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body other than the body specifically referred to above. Upon
reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other
auxiliary aid or accommodation at no cost to the individual. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far in advance

of reports and other supporting documentation are available for review online and at the Village Administration Building during operating hours (8
a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays – Thursdays, 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays).
