Present: 6 - Knox, Bean, Wein, Paxton, Mosher, and Nelson
Absent: 1 - Eisenbeisz
IV. NEW BUSINESS:
A 19-189 Administrator applicant interviews via video conferencing (Etheridge,
Dapcevich, Cugini)
Applicant interviews via video conferencing were held for Franklin Etheridge, Marko
Dapcevich, and Craig Cugini.
B 19-190 Discussion / Direction / Decision regarding the Municipal Administrator
application process (possible executive session)
Consensus of the Assembly was to conduct all interviews before making a decision on
those applicants moving forward to the next round of interviews.
V. PERSONS TO BE HEARD:
Leo Jimmy requested a letter of support from the Assembly regarding his work to
create a treatment facility in Sitka.

A motion was made by Mosher to ADJOURN. Hearing no objections, the
