VI. NEW BUSINESS:
A 24-089 Discussion/ Direction/ Decision on interim legal services
Eisenbiesz reminded the Assembly the Municipal Attorney's retirement on June 30
was approaching. Recruitment efforts had not yet been successful. It was noted a
Letter of Engagement with JDO Law had been established, effective June 2023, for
general legal representation. Assembly members discussed potential options and
agreed to utilize JDO Law for now and revisit the matter in a month.
