Consider the Community Center request to hold yoga classes in the park. NEW BUSINESS 4. Utility rate presentation 5. Authorize Deputy Director Pagano to proceed with Burrows Chapel - Change Order #2 for additional owner requested work, per the attached quotes for flatwork and cast-in-place steps. 6. Authorize DMO Posella to approve milling and paving on Ramblewood Drive and Gayle Road per the attached quote and photos to be paid for out of line AA-5110-411 Street Maintenance. 7. Consider replacement of gateway light post and sign. 8. Consider authorizing Treasurer Hanno to open account(s) at Community Bank. 9. Approve National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) training for Treasurer Hanno for a cost not to exceed $1,000. Public Comment BILLS Consider paying the bills.
