Consideration and appropriate action on Resolution 2020-05, regarding the City Council of the City of Skiatook declaring an emergency and enlisting mitigation measures in response to COVID- 19 epidemic. Motion was made by Councilor McGoffin and 2nd by Councilor Fuentes to approve Resolution 2020-05 regarding the City Council of the City of Skiatook declaring an emergency and enlisting mitigation measures in response to COVID-19 epidemic.
