Discussion and/or acƟon on the development of an ordinance that establishes rules for SecƟon 12 of the Slaughterville Code of Ordinances for the walking trails and the children’s playground. Considering the increase in park usage and community feedback, there is a need to formalize park rules to ensure responsible use and maintenance of town parks. The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the iniƟaƟon of an ordinance to establish rules and regulaƟons governing the use of town parks. This ordinance aims to promote safety, protect natural resources, and enhance the enjoyment of public spaces for all residents. 4. REPORT FROM THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT 5.
