WS3 - Discussion: Fire Department Capital Budget Requests SHFD is requesting some capital items. A Chief will be present to lead the discussion. WS4 - Discussion: Authorize Funding for Fire Boat SHFD is requesting approximately $50,000 in incremental money for the boat replacement. WS5 - Discussion: Adjusted Base Proportions Discussion on manually changing Adjusted Base Proportions which impacts tax rates for 25/26. WS6 - Discussion: Curling Club Check in on Curling Club proposal and determination of next steps. WS7 - Discussion: Communication RFP Results Board members will debate who should be the winner of the Communications RFP. WS8 - Discussion: Easement for Pier The pier near 11 River easement. WS9 - Discussion: Personnel Manual Review suggested changes to the personnel manual. WS10 - Discussion: Affordable Housing Policy Review suggested changes to the personnel manual. WS11 - Discussion: Centralized Arraignment Impact Review feedback from Police on possible changes to arraignment process. WS12 - Discussion: Zoning Consultant Proposals Review responding companies and assign ad hoc committee to review proposals. WS13 - Discussion: Project Mover Discuss possible Letter of Intent and ensure public feedback session is promoted. WS14 - Discussion: Verizon Antenna Lease Review contractual notification and acknowledgment of equipment changes.
