Call to Order and Roll Call. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Hilts at 7:05 p.m. Commissioners Present Commissioners Not Present Staff Present Mary Lou Hilts, Chair Landon Washington Danny McElmurray, Planning Director Richard Reardon, Vice Chair Theresa Alexander, Planner Lance Grant Erica Smith, Planning Secretary Gayle Green 7:16 p.m. Eric Lundin, Desire Line Michael Newton 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Minutes. Motion by Mr. Reardon to approve minutes of November 21, 2022 as written; Mr. Newton seconded. A vote of 4 YAYS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSTAIN approved the minutes. 4. Public Hearing a. None 5. Other Business a. Introduction of Amendment to T22-08 Director McElmurray introduced an amendment to the Slidell Bicycle Master Plan, T22-08. This will be an addition of a southwest loop, creating an access way for the people of the Palm Lake area and others on that side of the railroad tracks to reach greater bike trails. This loop is approximately 2.2 miles and is being sponsored by Councilperson DiSanti. Commissioner Reardon asked if there was a timeline for creating this loop, to which Director McElmurray responded there is none at this time. There was further discussion about funding for the loop through grants and federal funds for infrastructure improvements. 6. General and Public Comments. There were none. 7. Adjournment.
