Call to Order and Roll Call. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Minutes. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve minutes of March 20, 2023 as written; Commissioner Washington seconded. A vote of 5 YAYS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSTAIN approved the minutes. 4. Public Hearing a. S23-03: Subdivision of A 3.451 Acre Tract INTO Parcel A and Parcel B, located at 1033 and 1041 Ninth Street, North of Dale Drive, South of Dale Drive, into two parcels; requested by St. Tammany Parish School Board. Introduced by Vice Chairperson Reardon. Mr. Jeff Schoen, counsel for the St. Tammany Parish School Board spoke on their behalf. He explained the School Board’s desire for resubdivision and he answered questions from the Commission. Ms. Alexandra Carter of Desire Line addressed the Commission on behalf of The City of Slidell Planning Department. Ms. Carter answered questions from the Commission and informed them that the Planning Department recommends approval. Commissioner Grant made the motion to approve and forward to City Council. Commissioner Green seconded, and the motion passed on a vote of 6 YAYS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSTAIN. 5. Other Business a. None 6. General and Public Comments. a. There were none. 7. Adjournment.
