Ordinance 24-014, relating to County Budget and associated fiscal 2024-0216 procedures; amending Chapters 2.16, 2.32, 3.36, 3.42, 4.35, 4.65, 4.70, 4.72, 4.73, 4.103, and 15.04 SCC ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session March 13th to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Motion 24-080, authorizing the Executive to sign the Agreement for 2024-0157 Scanning, Image Enhancement and Indexing Services between Snohomish County and US Imaging, Inc ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th for consideration. 3. Motion 24-081, cancelling Uncollectible Personal Property Taxes 2024-0161 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 13th for consideration. 4. Motion 24-086, accepting the 2023 Grant Work Plan Reconciliation 2024-0189 Report from the County Executive ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 13th for consideration. 5.
