ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Ordinance 24-004, uses of the Affordable and Supportive Housing 2024-0041 Sales Tax Credit ACTION: Move to Regular Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Ordinance 24-012, approving grant agreement with Darrington 2024-0120 School District to support prevention of and treatment for substance use disorders ACTION: Move to Regular Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th to set time and date for public hearing. 3. Motion 24-034, authorizing the Executive to sign the Agreement for 2024-0064 Naloxone Distribution (Leave-Behind Program) between Snohomish County and South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue Regional Fire Authority ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th for consideration. 4. Motion 24-096, authorizing the Executive to sign the Agreement for 2024-0224 Naloxone Distribution (Leave-Behind Program) between Snohomish County and Snohomish County Fire District #5 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th for consideration. 5. Motion 24-076, authorizing the Executive to sign the Agreement for 2024-0142 Naloxone Distribution between Snohomish County and the City of Mountlake Terrace Police Department ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 28th for consideration.
