Committee Chair Mead called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

1. Ordinance 24-018, approving and authorizing template form 2024-0242
agreements for Stop the Bleed Kit distribution between Snohomish
County and local jurisdictions within Snohomish County
ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 3rd
to set time and date for public hearing.
2. Ordinance 24-016, approving Amendment No. 19 to consolidated 2024-0259
contract with Washington State Department of Health and providing
authority for future amendments regarding Infectious
Disease-Syndemic Prevention Services and Office of People
Services-HR-Public Health Infrastructure Grant
ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 3rd
to set time and date for public hearing.

3. Ordinance 24-017, relating to the regulation of sewage disposal 2024-0267
systems; repealing Chapter 7.44 of the Snohomish County Code
