Ordinance 25-011, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2025-0400 County Executive to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Lake Stevens relating to the ownership, funding, operation and maintenance of Wyatt Park ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session February 26th to set time and date for a public hearing. 2. Motion 25-069, approving 2024 Contract Amendment 12 with 2025-0440 Puget Sound Energy for the Weatherization Program ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 26th for consideration. 3. Motion 25-060, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0417 sign a contract amendment with Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell, LLP in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for legal services regarding federal aviation law and regulation ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 26th for consideration. 4. Motion 25-080, authorizing the County Executive to execute 2025-0418 Contract Amendment 2 for additional services for RFP-020-21BC with Washington Alarm, Inc. at Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 26th for consideration. Motion 25-081, authorizing the County Executive to execute an 2025-0419 Assignment and Assumption Agreement for a donated training prop from Everett Community College at Snohomish County Airport Mr. Hembree responded to Committee Member Dunn's question regarding fees. ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 26th for consideration. 6. Motion 25-101, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0582 execute FAA Airport Improvement Grant Offer No. 3-53-0028-068-2025 at Paine Field for Taxilane Echo Reconstruction ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 19th for consideration. 7. Motion 25-088, authorizing the County Executive to sign a 2025-0492 Consultant Services Agreement for Land Use and Plan Review Services for Planning & Development Services ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session February 26th for consideration.
