Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that four members were present. [Note: Vice-Chair Nehring joined the meeting at 10:34 a.m. and five members were present.] ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Chair Mead Council Vice-Chair Nehring (not present) Councilmember Low (remote) Councilmember Dunn (remote) Councilmember Peterson (remote) Cynthia Foley, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council 1. Ordinance 24-002, approving and authorizing form agreements for 2024-0054 affiliation between schools and Snohomish County Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Cynthia Foley, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Page 1 of 2 Public Hearings Meeting Minutes February 21, 2024 Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-002. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-002 carried unanimously by the four members present. Ordinance 24-005, approving an Interlocal Agreement between 2024-0066 Snohomish County and the city of Sultan for Mountain View Park Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Nicole Gorle, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Dunn made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-005. Councilmember Low seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-005 carried unanimously.
