Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Chair Mead Council Vice-Chair Nehring Councilmember Low Councilmember Dunn Councilmember Peterson Nicole Gorle, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council 1. Ordinance 24-013, approving Snohomish County Fire Protection 2024-0154 District No. 26 Interlocal Agreement CLFR-118a1 Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Nicole Gorle, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Page 1 of 2 Public Hearings Meeting Minutes March 13, 2024 Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-013. Councilmember Low seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-013 carried unanimously.
