Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Vice-Chair Nehring called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that four members were present. [Clerk Note: Chair Mead joined the meeting at 10:31 a.m. and five members were present.] ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Vice-Chair Nehring (presiding) Council Chair Mead (remote) Councilmember Low Councilmember Dunn Councilmember Peterson Jim Martin, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council 1. Ordinance 24-014, relating to County Budget and associated fiscal 2024-0216 procedures; amending Chapters 2.16, 2.32, 3.36, 3.42, 4.35, 4.65, 4.70, 4.72, 4.73, 4.103, and 15.04 SCC Vice-Chair Nehring opened the public hearing. Page 1 of 2 Public Hearings Meeting Minutes April 03, 2024 Jim Martin, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Vice-Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-014. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-014 carried unanimously.
