Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. Ordinance 24-053, granting a non-exclusive franchise authorizing 2024-1279 limited use of the public road rights-of-way in portions of Snohomish County, Washington to the city of Gold Bar Chair Mead opened the public hearing. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Peterson made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-053. Councilmember Low seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-053 carried unanimously. ACTION: Councilmember Peterson made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-058. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion.
