Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Councilmember Dunn presided and called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Councilmember Dunn (Presiding) Council Chair Mead (remote) Council Vice-Chair Nehring (remote) Councilmember Low (remote) Councilmember Peterson Deb Bell, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council 1. Ordinance 24-068, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-1697 County Executive to sign the Interlocal Agreements between Snohomish County and the Snohomish Conservation District and Tulalip Tribes for implementation of portions of the Shorelands Floodplains by Design Phase III Grant Councilmember Dunn opened the public hearing. There being no persons present wishing to testify, she closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Peterson made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-068. Chair Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-068 carried unanimously. Cynthia Foley, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Councilmember Dunn opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, she closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Councilmember Peterson made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-071. Vice-Chair Nehring seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-071 carried unanimously.
