Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There being no objections, Chair Mead opened general public comment. Ordinance 24-073, approving and authorizing the County Executive 2024-1833 to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and Edmonds School District No. 15 for behavioral health facility Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Cynthia Foley, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-073. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-073 carried unanimously. Ordinance 24-055, correcting inadvertent errors in Snohomish 2024-1316 County Code (SCC) Title 30, amending SCC 30.22.010, 30.22.110, 30.22.120, 30.22.130, 30.34A.180, 30.71.050, 30.81.010, 30.91E.235, and 30.91P.123 Chair Mead opened the public hearing. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-067. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-067 carried unanimously.
