Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Chair Mead Council Vice-Chair Nehring Councilmember Low Councilmember Dunn (remote) Councilmember Peterson Nicole Gorle, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council 1. Ordinance 24-092, approving data sharing agreement with 2024-2623 Washington State Department of Health Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Nicole Gorle, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing.
