Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Mead called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Chair Mead Council Vice-Chair Nehring Councilmember Low (remote) Councilmember Dunn Councilmember Peterson Ryan Countryman, Council Staff Lisa Hickey, Assistant Clerk of the Council *See name listed below of individual providing public testimony. 1. Ordinance 24-087, relating to Local Project Review; concerning 2024-2278 Development Application Review Procedures; amending existing Sections and adding a New Section to Chapter 30.70 of the Snohomish County Code Chair Mead opened the public hearing. The following individual spoke in support of the ordinance and proposed amendments: Natalie Reber, Master Builders Association There being no other persons present wishing to testify, Chair Mead closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-087. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion. Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve proposed Amendment 1. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve proposed Amendment 2. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-087, as amended, carried unanimously. Ordinance 24-090, approving data sharing agreement with State of 2024-2333 Washington Department of Health for the Refugee Health Promotion Program Chair Mead opened the public hearing. Nicole Gorle, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Chair Mead opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-090. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-090 carried unanimously. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-096. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-096 carried unanimously.
