Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Nehring called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Chair Nehring Council Vice-Chair Dunn Councilmember Low Councilmember Mead Councilmember Peterson (remote) Cynthia Foley, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council Cheri Danner, Assistant Clerk of the Council Page 1 of 3 Public Hearings Meeting Minutes February 26, 2025 1. Ordinance 25-005, approving Data Sharing Agreement with 2025-0317 Washington State Department of Health and providing authority to approve any future amendments (Comprehensive Hospital Abstract Reporting System and Vital Records Datasets) Chair Nehring opened the public hearing. Cynthia Foley, Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report. Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-005. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-005 carried unanimously.
