Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Chair Nehring called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS The following items were considered together: PRESENT: Council Chair Nehring Council Vice-Chair Dunn Councilmember Low (remote) Councilmember Mead Councilmember Peterson (remote) Nicole Gorle, Council Staff Cheri Danner, Assistant Clerk of the Council Chair Nehring opened the public hearing for Ordinance 25-024 and Motion 25-164. Nicole Gorle, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a consolidated staff report and responded to questions. Page 1 of 2 Public Hearings Meeting Minutes April 09, 2025 1. Ordinance 25-024, related to the 2025-2026 Budget; making a 2025-0933 supplemental appropriation in the General Fund 002, Health Department Fund 125, and Facilities Fund 311 to increase expenditure authority for various projects Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-024. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-024 carried unanimously. 2. Motion 25-164, approving a budget transfer within General Fund 2025-0889 002 Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. There being no persons present wishing to testify, he closed the testimony portion of the hearing. ACTION: Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion to approve Motion 25-164. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. ADJOURN Chair Nehring adjourned the Council for the day at 10:47 a.m. Page 2 of 2
