CALL TO ORDER
Chair Nehring called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m.

The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present.

30.62C Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas, 30.43C Flood Hazard
Permits, 30.86 Fees, and 30.91 Definitions
Chair Nehring opened the public hearing.
Ryan Countryman, Senior Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report.
Chair Nehring opened the hearing for public testimony. The following individuals
provided public testimony:

There being no further persons present wishing to testify, Chair Nehring closed
the testimony portion of the hearing at 12:13 p.m.
Council recessed at 12:15 p.m. and returned at 12:45 p.m.
Council discussion ensued.
Councilmember Mead made a motion to approve Ordinance 24-097. Vice-Chair
Dunn seconded the motion.
Vice-Chair Dunn made a motion to approve proposed Amendment 2a.
Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
Councilmember Mead made a motion to approve proposed Amendment 3.
Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried 3-2 with Vice-Chair
Dunn and Councilmember Peterson voting against.
The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 24-097, as
amended, and it carried 3-2 with Vice-Chair Dunn and Councilmember Peterson
voting against.
AMENDED AND APPROVED: 3-2
ADJOURN
Chair Nehring adjourned the Council for the day at 1:16 p.m.
