Drewel Building & Remote Meeting CALL TO ORDER Vice-Chair Dunn called the Council to order at 10:30 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. ACTION ITEMS PRESENT: Council Vice-Chair Dunn Council Chair Nehring (remote) Councilmember Low Councilmember Mead Councilmember Peterson Ryan Hembree, Council Staff Elena Lao, Deputy Clerk of the Council Vice-Chair Dunn opened the public hearing. Ryan Hembree, Legislative Analyst, provided a consolidated staff report for items 1 through 6: Vice-Chair Dunn opened the hearing for public testimony for items 1 through 6. Ordinance 25-038, finalizing a system of assessment for the Diking 2025-2057 District 2 pursuant to Chapter 85.38 RCW Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-038. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-038 carried unanimously. APPROVED: 5-0 2. Ordinance 25-039, finalizing a system of assessment for Drainage 2025-2059 and Diking Improvement District No. 7 pursuant to Chapter 85.38 RCW Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-039. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-039 carried unanimously. APPROVED: 5-0 3. Ordinance 25-040, finalizing a system of assessment for French 2025-2061 Slough Flood Control District pursuant to Chapter 85.38 RCW Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-040. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-040 carried unanimously. APPROVED: 5-0 4. Ordinance 25-041, finalizing a system of assessment for the 2025-2063 Marshland Flood Control District pursuant to Chapter 85.38 RCW Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-041. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-041 carried unanimously. Ordinance 25-043, finalizing a system of assessment for 2025-2069 Stillaguamish Flood Control District pursuant to Chapter 85.38 RCW Councilmember Low made a motion to approve Ordinance 25-043. Councilmember Mead seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and the motion to approve Ordinance 25-043 carried unanimously.
