The Open Book and Board of Review for the Village of Solon Springs will be held.
Open Book will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Board of Review will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to
requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the
meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be
allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length.

The following items may be received and filed (r/f), referred or approved as noted, by the Village requirements. There will be no
separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are contingent upon
meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be viewed in their
entirety during regular office hours.
5.1 Approval of minutes for 6/23/14 regular board meeting minutes.
5.2 (r/f) Treasurer's report June (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail).
5.3 Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on the
Expenditure report dated July 28, 2014. (Please see 07/28/14 expenditure report for details.)
5.4 (r/f) Correspondence received since the June 23, 2014 regular meeting to be acknowledged
and placed on file:
a) Letter and binder from Douglas County Office of Emergency Management
explaining the process for applying for State assistance for public damages in
emergencies
b) Letter from House of Wood Inspections on reporting for the Municipalities he
serves
b) Letter the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin regarding granting Enbridge
easements on upcoming pipeline Sandpiper and Line 3 Replacement Project.
