Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on the Expenditure reports dated January 25, 2016. Letter of formal withdrawal as UDC inspector from Daryl Bazey from House of Wood Inspection. 3. Memo from Douglas County Zoning regarding Village participation in final stages of Hazard Mitigation Plan updates. 4. Letter from Village attorney firm announcing new name of Weld Riley 5. Invite to board from City of Superior for housing needs analysis meeting for Douglas County Approval of Zoning permit applications: 1. Marcus Besonen – bathroom and kitchen remodel, replace flooring, roof and garage door 2. Jeanine Wiitala – landscaping – repair rip rap along shoreline and adding native plans and adding fill. Removing current deck at shore and replacing with steps down to a new dock.
