If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to
requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the
meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be
allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length.

There will be no separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are
contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be
viewed in their entirety during regular office hours.
1. Approval of minutes for 4/18/2016 regular board meeting.
2. Treasurer's report for April (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail).
3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on
the Expenditure report dated May 10, 2016.
g. Correspondence received since the April 18, 2016 regular meeting to be acknowledged
and placed on file:
a) Letter from Douglas County Highway Department with road striping estimates
h. Approval of Zoning permit applications:
1. Douglas County Forestry Department – renewal of permit #1940, 16x20 shelter
building, sidewalks, parking area, retaining walls and floating boardwalk
2. Brad Theien – renewal of permit #1900 Tree & stump removal, install fence on prop
line N. side of Beach Avenue. Excavate over 50 cub yards
3. Donald Lessard – interior remodeling, replace floor joists, replace 16x12 deck with
screen porch
4. James Woodard Jr. - Renewal of permit #1927, raise cabin and pour foundation
5. Refer to Planning Commission – Street Parcel – vacation of Waterbury
Street/Sonnicksen/Nickel
i. Licensing:
1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: see attached listing

6. CMAR Sewer Report Resolution- a resolution of acceptance by the Village Board is
attached for your review and recommendation of the Compliance Maintenance
Report Resolution #2015-11. The report will be submitted to the DNR after the
resolution, also required by the DNR. No further actions are necessary at this
point in time relative to the 2015 CMAR.
