Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. People signed up to speak: f. All licenses approved are contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Correspondence received since the July 18, 2016 regular meeting to be acknowledged and placed on file: h. Approval of Zoning permit applications: a) James Woodard, Jr. - Add 6’to existing screen porch; add new deck and stairway, new doors, windows and soffit. i. Licensing: 1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: Kimberly Dolsen, Nicole Windsor and Shelby Barnard for the Shriners Car Show. Douglas Muller for Friends of Fireworks 2. Approval Liquor License applications: Picnic license for Solon Springs Friends of Fireworks – Labor Day Fireworks and Superior Douglas County Tavern League Knockerball Tournament Fundraiser. j.
