VILLAGE OF SOLON SPRINGS Regular Meeting of the Village of Solon Springs Board of Trustees Monday, October 17, 2016 at 7:00 pm Meeting location: Solon Springs Community Center 11523 S Business Hwy 53 in Solon Springs, WI 54873 a. 7:00 p.m. Call the regular monthly meeting to order. b. Business by Public If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. People signed up to speak: f. Consent Agenda There will be no separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be viewed in their entirety during regular office hours. 1. Approval of minutes for 9/19/16 regular board and budget meeting, 9/21/16 and 10/10/2016 special board meetings. 2. Treasurer's report for September (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail). 3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on the Expenditure report dated October 14, 2016. g. Correspondence received since the September 19, 2016 regular meeting to be acknowledged and placed on file: a) WISLR Pavement Ratings Certification Letter h. Approval of Zoning permit applications: a) Yorman-Nickel Trust – renewal of permit #1954 for new foundation with partial basement. Replace windows, roof and siding. Interior remodeling, plumbing and electrical, furnace, landscaping and new fencing north of property line. b) George Fairfield - renewal of permit #1866 (9/11/13), #1912 (9/18/14) and #1953 (9/18/2015) to replace windows and siding on house. Add entrance door, steps and small deck (8’15’) to west side of home. Replace shingles on garage roof and home. Replace 24’ of wire fence with wood fence. All work described in permit application dated 9/11/13. c) Guy Little – fill/pit run for landscaping Licensing: 1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: none 2.
