Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. People signed up to speak: f. All licenses approved are contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Treasurer's report for November and December (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail). 3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on the Expenditure report dated January 17, 2017. g. Correspondence received since the November 16, 2016 regular meeting to be acknowledged and placed on file: 1. Department of Transportation letter on the final transportation 2017 aids amount. 2. Letter from Northwest Regional Planning Commission on available housing rehab assistance for eligible Douglas County Residents. 3. Letter from Village attorney Steve Olson status of adjudicated Village property that had been titled incorrectly. h. Approval of Zoning permit applications: none Licensing: 1.
