VILLAGE OF SOLON SPRINGS Special Board & Regular Board Meeting Notice & Agenda Monday, May 15, 2017 6:45 & 7:00 p.m. Meeting location: Solon Springs Community Center 11523 S Business Hwy 53 in Solon Springs, WI 54873 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE The Board of Review of the Village of Solon Springs, Douglas County, Wisconsin, will meet on May 15, 2017, at 6:45 p.m., at the Solon Springs Community Center, 11523 S Business Hwy 53, for the purpose of calling the board of review into session during the 30-day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May, pursuant to s. 70.47 (1), Wis. stats. The Board of Review will adjourn to a later date to allow for the completion of the tax roll. Notice is hereby given this 28th day of April, 2017. Agenda: A. Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. People signed up to speak: f. All licenses approved are contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. AMAR Sewer Report –resolution needed to accept the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report required by DNR. A resolution of acceptance by the Village Board is attached for your review and recommendation of the Compliance Maintenance Report Resolution #2016-12. The report will be submitted to the DNR after the resolution, also required by the DNR. No further actions are necessary at this point in time relative to the 2016 CMAR. 10.
