If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to
requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the
meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be
allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length.

There will be no separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are
contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be
viewed in their entirety during regular office hours.
1. Approval of minutes for the regular monthly board meeting 3/26/18 and special board
meeting 4/9/18.
2. Treasurer's report for March (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail).
3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on
the Expenditure report dated April 16, 2018.
g. Correspondence received since March 28, 2018 regular meeting to be acknowledged
and placed on file:
1. Douglas County Highway Department on road striping prices
2. Douglas County Forestry Department Invite to Spring Forestry Meeting
3. Invite to League Government 101 Seminar

h. Approval of Zoning permit applications:
1. Beth Nickel – Judd Kern renewal of permit #1975 & #1954 - new foundation with
partial basement, new windows, roof, siding, interior remodel
2. Tom Krenz – raze open porch, steps and 16x16 deck, add enclosed porch and
screen porch
Licensing:
1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: none
2. Consideration and approval of published liquor license applications: none
3. Consideration and approval of Class “B”/Picnic license application: Lions Club
Smelt Fry
4. Consideration and approval of cigarette license – none
